Tucked into 200 acres of Vermont forest, this property is a place where the land itself sets the rhythm of the day. More than six miles of winding trails climb and dip across nearly 1,000 feet of elevation, crossing active brooks, quiet clearings, and rising to sweeping views that stretch out over the surrounding hills. It’s a landscape meant to be explored slowly—on foot, by snowshoe, or simply by following the sound of moving water.

 

The land is working and alive. A thriving maple grove with over 500 taps speaks to long Vermont traditions, while a young Christmas tree farm grows patiently nearby. Designated as a private wildlife reserve, the property offers frequent sightings of deer, birds, and other forest residents, creating a deep sense of connection to the natural world.

 

Accommodations are thoughtfully spaced to preserve privacy and quiet. Off‑the‑grid glamping tents sleep up to 14 guests, offering a comfortable balance between wilderness and shelter. Two cozy cabins accommodate up to eight, with an additional private room in the lodge sleeping 2 more.

 

At the heart of the property sits a warm and welcoming central lodge—the gathering place. Here, your guests will find all the conveniences needed to settle in and stay awhile: a well‑equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortable common space with TV and Wi‑Fi, and a small shop stocked with essentials. Whether it’s sharing meals after a long hike, warming up after a winter walk, or gathering for conversation at the end of the day, the lodge brings everyone together.
